Formally Scruggs Ruggs, owner Herb Scruggs and wife Barb have been in the floor covering industry for nearly 40 years. Herb is recognized as a professional in the floor covering industry through his excellent installations and vast knowledge of flooring products. Their combined expertise has contributed to the success of Carpet Express Inc.

Carpet Express Inc., is locally owned and operated at 2607 Madison St. in Clarksville, TN 37043. The owners and staff are dedicated to quality and excellence by offering top of the line materials and professional installations; you can always count on Carpet Express to take care of your floor covering needs.

Carpet Express Inc. offers a full line floor covering products from the name brands you recognize including, but not limited to Shaw, Mohawk carpets, Mannington & Bruce hardwood. Carpet Express is the area’s exclusive dealer for Masland Carpet.
